The Costa Blanca Party Bus

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum booking is 15 passengers. Maximum passengers is 30 (We CAN accommodate more if the booking is static as we have tables, chairs and parasols for outside use)
• A 20% booking deposit will be required at time of booking with the balance paid 6 weeks before party date. At this time all names and passport details will be required.
• Tickets will be issued when the agreed amount has been received by us, The Costa Blanca Party Bus. Passengers will be required to show their ticket to the driver when boarding the bus.
• 300 Euros security deposit - to be paid IN CASH as passengers get on board. The deposit will be refunded at your destination providing nothing is broken, damaged, stolen or soiled! (Staff will check the bus at destination and make appropriate refund).
• We recommend all passengers listen while staff run through a short safety talk as you have boarded, this is to ensure YOUR safety while you party!
• No drunks may gain entry to our party bus (drunks may get off though!)
• ONLY food and drink purchased on board may be consumed during party or booking (always served in plastic or paper for everybody's safety)
• Minimum drinking age applies (18) and ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES (DRUGS) ON BOARD WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. We want you to have fun BUT please remember it is our bus, our living, our future!
• The bus has no disabled facilities. Please discuss any special requirements at time of enquiry and we will do all that is possible to help (bearing in mind that Bessie is a vintage bus!).
• ANY behavior we deem to be unruly, dangerous, threatening or abusive we will remove the person/persons/group from the bus and the deposit will be retained.
• NO litter (including cigarette butts) to be thrown out of the windows or left at stops.
• Times and duration of parties vary according to individual bookings and arrangements as previously agreed.
• Airport pick-ups will require ALL flight details. (Times, flight numbers airport and terminal number.)

Final points....NO 300 EURO DEPOSIT...NO GETTING ON BOARD!!! If you drink too much and fall on the stairs...your problem! We highly recommend passengers stay seated whilst in transit!!!
